RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If there is any problem with the items send, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the items received.
1) Returned items will be checked with receipt.
2) Returned items should be in good condition.
3) Returned Items & packaging should not be tampered. If products are found to be mis-used or damaged by customer, there will not be any refund.
4) LS Stationery will not be responsible for your shipment lost during the return transit.
5) We will bear the cost of return shipping (for standard shipping method only), if we have send any wrong or defective items to you, and we will resend your correct items, without any shipping charges. Otherwise, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning items.
RETURN & REFUND PROCEDURES

2) Contact number.
3) Defective products (if possible, please attach photos of products).
4) Problems or reasons for return (so that we can improve and serve you better).
Once we received the returned items, we will contact you within 1-3 working days for further processing.
Normally, you will received your refund within 7 days upon our checking and confirmation.
